Sean - you are a mind reader. I was about to float the same question. I have tried to engage Wilco but just haven't hit a resonance with them yet with what I have listened to so far.

FWIW, I've had far more "success" with My Morning Jacket than Wilco with far less cross section for absorption.

MMJ was on Austin City Limits recently and Mrs. Mando sat up and asked "Who is that playing, they sound pretty good?"

Our musical circles have very little overlap so anything that we both like ends up being a lot of fun.

Try this one clip. If this doesn't work, then I can't help you:

I just find the more I listen to Tweedy and company, the more I like. You might try the Billy Bragg/Wilco Mermaid Avenue stuff, which reminds that Jeff's old partner from Uncle Tupelo (Jay Farrar - Son Volt) is doing an album with Yim Yames/Jim James of MMY of Guthrie tunes....going down the road....

Not sure how I missed this one, but let's say the seed has been planted.

Many thanks
